Changed your mind? Return unused pieces within 30 days.

Check it on delivery

Our team unpacks and checks every piece with you. If anything is scratched, broken or the wrong colour, tell them on the spot — we replace or repair it free.

After delivery

• Report hidden damage or missing parts within 3 days, with a photo.
• Change-of-mind returns within 7 days if the piece is unused and in its original packing; a pickup charge applies.
• Made-to-order sizes and fabrics cannot be returned.
• Frames carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@shegun.example.
